At Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry, we understand that when you find the perfect hoodie, you want it as soon as possible. That's why we offer standard delivery options with "Swiss Post" to get your favorite hoodies to you quickly and conveniently.

Standard delivery:

- Switzerland_ 2 working days (Free Delivery)
- EU countries: 3 - 7 working days is CHF 22.-
- North America: 11 - 15 working days is CHF 44.-

If the product you've chosen is in stock, we'll expedite the processing and shipping, ensuring that you receive it in 3 -7 working days. Our efficient fulfillment team works tirelessly to pack and dispatch your order promptly, so you can start enjoying your new hoodie right away.

In the event that the product you desire is temporarily out of stock, don't worry! We'll seamlessly transition to our production process to create a fresh batch just for you. We take pride in our craftsmanship, and each hoodie is carefully crafted with attention to detail and quality.

Rest assured, we'll keep you informed every step of the way. Once your hoodie enters production, we'll provide you with an estimated delivery date, so you know exactly when to expect your package. Our customer service team is always available to address any queries or concerns you may have during this time.

Please Note:

The Customer is solely responsible for the accuracy and currency of the address he/she provides to Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry. Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry shall not be liable for the non-delivery of a product if the address provided is incorrect or not up-to-date.

The risks associated with the shipment of the goods are transferred to the Customer as soon as the goods are handed over by Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry to the carrier of its choice.

If a parcel is returned to us by the carrier after an unsuccessful delivery (postal delays, wrong address, etc.), the Customer will be notified by means of an e-mail sent to the address he/she indicated in his/her profile or when placing the order. If the Customer does not respond within 3 months of the e-mail being sent, the order will be cancelled. Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry is then released from its obligation to deliver the goods and the amount paid by the Customer is retained by Karsh's Fashion and Jewelry as a contractual penalty, in order to settle all accounts and claims relating to the order concerned.
